Please note: A refundable $100 security deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit is collected securely 2 days before check-in and is released automatically 2 days after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or violations of house rules are reported. By booking, guests agree to this deposit requirement. 1. Guest Count & Maximum Occupancy Guest count must match the reservation. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times, including any visitor. An unapproved guest may result in cancellation without refund. 2. Check-In & Check-Out Times Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM We kindly ask that you honor these times so we have enough time to refresh the cabin and make it just right for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding! 3. Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please be mindful of noise during these hours to help maintain the peaceful forest atmosphere and ensure everyone can relax and enjoy their stay. 4. No Smoking or Vaping  Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabin or on the deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Failure to follow this policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. 5. Fire Safety Candles and open flames are not allowed inside the cabin. Please enjoy the outdoor firepit safely and responsibly. 6. Pet Policy Pet approval is required before arrival. A pet fee applies per stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended. Pets are not permitted on furniture. Please clean up and dispose of pet waste properly. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times. 7. Loft Ladder The ladder is for accessing the loft only. For safety reasons, please do not use it for any other purpose. 8. Kitchen Use You're welcome to cook during your stay — I just ask that you clean up afterward. Please wash dishes, wipe down counters, and return everything to its place. 9. Trash Disposal Please use the provided trash bins. Do not leave any trash outside, as it may attract wildlife. 10. Damages & Breakages Report any issues promptly. Guests are responsible for any negligent or intentional damage. 11. Respect for Nature Please don’t litter or disturb wildlife. If anything breaks, especially glass, be sure to pick it up and dispose of it properly. 12. Parking Park only in the gravel area in front of the cabin. 13. No Parties or Events Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay and removal from the property without refund. 14. Hot Tub  Always keep the hot tub lid closed when not in use to retain heat and keep it clean. Please shower before use to help keep the water clean—lotions, oils, and sweat can cause bacteria to grow quickly in warm water. Do not sit or stand on the lid. No pets, infants, or toddlers allowed in the hot tub. Young children can overheat quickly—even within minutes—so please limit their time in the water. Do not add any soaps, oils, or products to the water. Please do not attempt to service or adjust the hot tub. If something isn't working right, just let me know. 15. Furniture & Appliances DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES. An additional fee will be charged for resetting items and/or for any damage caused by moving furniture or appliances. 16. By Booking By booking, you agree to follow all house rules listed above. Thank you for helping keep this space safe, peaceful, and welcoming for all. I kindly ask that everything provided in the cabin stays on-site so future guests can enjoy the same experience. Even small items like remote controls, utensils, or blankets are part of the setup and are checked between each stay. If something gets damaged or stops working during your stay, please let me know. I’d really appreciate the chance to fix or replace it before your visit ends, so you’re not inconvenienced.
